- Share content that infringes on others' intellectual property
- Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform's security
- Create multiple accounts or false identities
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload to NextScout. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and share it with scouts and recruiters. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
NextScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will be recruited or receive scholarship offers through our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
NextScout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
